Students in Grades 5 - 8 thrive through a journey of self-discovery through the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), building curiosity, resilience, and a strong sense of identity. Through an engaging and innovative curriculum, they develop the skills and global awareness needed to take ownership of their learning.

Grades 9 - 12
Learners in Grades 9 - 12 pursue a rigorous IB pathway that culminates in the internationally recognized Diploma Programme. Through academic challenge, personalized support and a future-focused curriculum, they deepen their understanding and graduate as confident, well-rounded, globally minded individuals.

Technology
An annual technology fee supports access to the digital tools, platforms and resources that enhance learning across all grade levels.
Laptop
A one-time laptop fee applies for new students in Grades 5 and 6. This covers a touchscreen 14-inch 2-in-1 laptop, active stylus and a three-year service agreement.
Family Association membership
An annual Family Association membership fee supports the Willows Prep family community, including events and initiatives that bring families together throughout the year.
Students in the IB Diploma Programme are subject to an additional IB fee covering DP testing and course materials.
Late pick-up fee
A late pick-up fee applies for students collected after the scheduled club dismissal time of 4:30p.m. A $20 drop-in fee is charged after 4:40p.m., with an additional $60 late fee applied after 5:00p.m.
Student Support Program
Optional student support services are available for an additional fee and may include weekly 1:1 check-ins, executive functioning support, and after-school academic support.
Extra-curricular activities
Optional extra-curricular activities are available at an additional cost and may include clubs, after-school enrichment opportunities and student experiences that extend learning beyond the classroom.
Registration fee: $2,200 - one-time, non-refundable, for new students only. Re-enrolment fee: $1,700 until January 31 / $2,200 from February 1 - one-time, non-refundable, for returning students.
At Willows Prep, we are committed to making an exceptional education accessible to families from a range of backgrounds. Through our Financial Aid Program, we aim to provide meaningful support to those who demonstrate financial need, while ensuring that Willows Preparatory School tuition remains as accessible as possible for eligible families. We use the Clarity Application to assess each family’s full financial picture - including income, assets, expenses and debt - so that financial aid can be allocated fairly and responsibly.
